Stephen Bucher

Biography
Stephen Bucher received a BA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MPW from USC. He taught at LA City College and the Marshall School of Business at USC before becoming the Director of the Engineering Writing Program at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. Awards and grants include the Teaching Has No Boundaries award, the USC Good Neighbors award, a Mellon Mentoring grant, and a Fund for Innovative Teaching award. He is the founder of and faculty advisor to Illumin magazine (http://illumin.usc.edu), an online review of engineering in everyday life.
