> Try reading the material in the textbook before lecture. You don't need to understand everything beforehand, but the lecture will be much more meaningful if you already have an introduction to the information.

Christine D'Arcy

Assistant Director, Student Engagement & Support Programs

Christine isn't an engineer, but she has a great time working with them! Christine manages VARC and helps plan many of events and programs that you attend as a Viterbi undergrad - like Study Days, Get Connected, E-Week, and the Senior Design Expo. Christine also works with the Viterbi President's Council and advises students who are interested in coming into Viterbi from other USC schools. Her office is right inside the front door to VARC, so stop by and say "hi!" the next time you are at VARC

Get involved! Whether its joining student organization in Viterbi, a USC club, or even an intramural team with your dorm, its a great way to meet people with similar interests and balance out your coursework. And if you need help in your classes, there are a lot of different resources available for you so be sure to utilize them!
